Description

This is an introductory online course in project management targeted at the blue – green economy. It is a 3-day online course delivered in 6 half day blocks. It is intended to provide you with an overview of the skills necessary to successfully lead, or to work effectively within, a project team while also providing exposure to project planning and scheduling tools and various management techniques necessary for project control.

Learning Outcomes

This course will provide students with:

  • An entry level understanding of projects and how they are managed.
  • Knowledge required to plan, schedule, lead, and terminate a project.
