This Certificate is valid as Watchkeeping Engineer without restrictions:  Second Engineer (if issued after January 3, 1994) on any ship less than 3000 kW and on passenger ships more that 4000 kW between Canadian ports:  Chief Engineer with restrictions (see TP 2293).

All examinations will be written at Transport Canada.
